Launched in 2001, with a gross tonnage of 90,090 tons and a capacity for 2,501 passengers, Radiance of the Seas is one of the most efficient eco-friendly cruise ships at sea. Every ship in the Royal Caribbean fleet has fun-packed activities and ultimate relaxation treatments fit for all ages. Why not visit one of the 12 treatment rooms onboard with full spa services ready for you to let loose, or stay active in the fitness centre with no additional charge. If you’re up for a sporty day then take a stroll down to the Golf simulator, maybe play ping-pong? Compete with others at the full-sized basket ball court or challenge yourself on the rock-climbing wall 200ft above sea level! If you want to relax then take spend a day in the Solarium as it features a swimming pool two whirlpools and a retractable glass roof. If your thinking about the entertainment don’t worry as there is a range of shows all around the ship, from dancing and comedy to live music and refreshing cocktails it’s all there for you to have the cruise trip you’ve always wanted. Switch from bar to bar, lounge to lounge as there are many onboard Radiance of the Seas. Kids and Teens also have fun, they can have their own space in the Adventure Ocean youth facilities.

Radiance of the Seas offers delicious all-you-can-eat cuisine and classy dining restaurants. If you’re thinking where to start first try the main dining room, a formal seated dinner with a beautiful scenery, it’s open for breakfast and lunch serving a variety of mouth-watering foods for all tastes. If you’re up for a quick snack then head down to either the Windjammer or the Seaview Café. For the specialty dining options Radiance of the Seas offers the Portofino Italian Restaurant and the Chop’s Grille. If you’re feeling lazy order breakfast and snacks right to your door from the 24-hour room service.
Radiance of the Seas Staterooms
Like any other Royal Caribbean ship it offers stunning staterooms, especially the beautiful oceanview staterooms as they are surprisingly affordable. Cabins in all classes included a private toilet and shower, television, telephones, and Wi-Fi capabilities. The ship’s 1,034 square ft. Royal Suite includes 172 square ft. Balcony, private wet bar, bathroom with whirlpool tub, bidet, and steam room, 42-inch television, and even a baby grand piano.
