Voyager of the Seas joined the Royal Caribbean fleet in 1999 as the debut ship of the Voyager Class of ship, re-defining the way people started to view cruising. Coming in at 137,276 tonnes she can certainly hold her own with the best at sea and boasts an impressive fourteen passenger decks for over 3,100 guests. The incredible Voyager of the Seas introduced a lot of the iconic features that Royal Caribbean guests are still enjoying today, and is one of the largest cruise ships to ever call Asia home. She alternates her home between Asia and Australia.
If you're thing is a day by the pool, this ship doesn't disappoint. You'll find 3 pools and 6 whirlpools, including a relaxing open air adults-only swimming pool. Inevitably you'll gain some weight whilst on holiday so keep in shape at the ship's oceanview gym complete with top of the range fitness facilities, group classes, and a jogging/inline skating track. Spa treatments are available at the Elemis Vitality Spa, which also features a hydrotherapy pool.
Voyager of the Seas also caters for families with separate facilities like a cyber cafe, rock climbing wall, video and arcade games and many age-appropriate group activities through the Adventure Ocean clubs, there is also the teen club Optix. The splash pool and waterslide give children a place to play outside without interfering with the peaceful environment of the main pool. You and the kinds can conquer the Rock climbing wall or find your competitive side on the basketball court, ice-skating rink or mini-golf course.
Night time comes alive by meeting Shrek on the Royal Promenade during the parades, grab yourself a coffee or something a little stronger, or go dancing in the numerous entertainment venues and nightclub.
